UBC Botanical Garden

The UBC Botanical Garden has a wonderful and educational Botany Photo of the Day that will send you a photo of the most interesting and great photos of plants from all over the world. Each time I get the email, I check the Latin name to see if I can guess if I will know the plant.  I think my Latin names for plants is getting better!  There are great descriptions of the plant and thier location. Troll man

Gnome at homeI was told that I did not buy little troll men but little gnomes. One has a watering can and the other a rake. I didn’t see any girl gnomes. Now I want a troll man with a bridge for him to sit near. I think he will need a garden of mushrooms. I have a little bit of Play-dough and I’m trying to see how hard it would be to make a troll. Any suggestions would be welcomed…
